First Thing's First: Finding and Accessing Healthcare
On Tuesday, February 27th, 2024, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals stayed the injunction of Indiana's controversial healthcare ban, immediately making any gender affirming healthcare - apart from mental health – illegal. It restricts affirming healthcare providers – even mental health professionals – from passing along information on the prohibited healthcare of any source.
